Technical enzymes
Technical enzymes are mainly used in food and feed processing as well as in the textile and paper industry. The main fields of application of our technical enzymes are:
- splitting of carbohydrates, proteins and fats in the food industry
- production and finishing of textiles
- deinking processes
- degradation of different kinds of biopolymers
